AEIS的全称是 Admission Exercise for International Students。由新加坡教育局 (Ministry of Education, MOE) 为想就读新加坡中小学的国际学生举办的考试。 S-AEIS等同于AEIS考试，是插班入学考试。
The Admission Excercise for International Students (AEIS) is a centralized admission exercise conducted by Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) for new international students who wish to join the local mainstream primary and secondary schools in January in the following year.
S-AEIS is for international students who wish to join around April or May of the same year.
CEQ 剑桥英语认证（Cambridge English Qualification）测试
2022年AEIS 小学组开始有变化。
从2022年7月起，申请新加坡政府小学入学考试的学生无须参与英文测试，取而代之的是剑桥英语认证（Cambridge English Qualification）测试。
在报名AEIS数学测试前，学生必须在之前的12个月内进行相关剑桥英语认证测试，并通过教育部所规定的分数线, 具体分数和对应级别信息请参考以下表格。
中学考试还是AEIS形式，没有变化
Cambridge English Qualification (CEQ) test
From the July 2022 AEIS, we will no longer offer the English test for international students seeking admission into our Singapore government primary schools.
Your child must take the relevant Cambridge English Qualification (CEQ) test run by Cambridge Assessment English (CAE), and meet or exceed the required scores before they register for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test. The test must be taken within 12 months before the month of submission of their AEIS application. Please refer to the following table for specific scores and corresponding level information
There is no change in format for the AEIS-Secondary tests.
